Terms of Service.

Who we are.

Rekakita Studio is a design service operated by CM, based in Penang, Malaysia. When these terms say "we" or "the studio," we mean Rekakita Studio. When they say "you" or "client," we mean the person or business using our service.

What you get.

When you subscribe to a Rekakita Studio plan, you get a monthly allocation of poster designs, created by our 10 designer specialists, delivered over WhatsApp.

Each design includes:

• 2 variants, professionally crafted
• Delivered within 24 hours of a complete brief
• PNG format, sized for the platform you requested
• Caption writing if you want it

Our plans:

• Spark — 15 designs per month
• Growth — 40 designs per month
• Scale — 100 designs per month, plus human modifier options and direct access to the founder

Unused designs do not roll over to the next month. Your monthly quota resets on your billing date.

How the work happens.

You send us your product photo and a short brief on WhatsApp. We acknowledge receipt, our studio gets to work, and you receive 2 variants within 24 hours (usually faster).

A few ground rules that protect both of us:

We don't revise. Each design comes as 2 finished variants. If neither works, use your next design slot. This keeps our quality high and your costs down — and it's why the work is priced the way it is.

Each platform ratio counts as a separate design. If you need a square post and a vertical story, that's 2 designs from your quota.

We work with what you give us. We only put things on posters that are visibly on your product packaging, or that you explicitly tell us to include. We don't invent prices, promotions, or claims. This protects you from false advertising issues.

Brand assets are sacred. We preserve your product packaging exactly as shown in your reference photo. Brand names and logos stay as they are.

Payment.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (annual plans include 2 months free) through PayEx, our Malaysian payment gateway. Payment is due in advance.

Free first design: New clients get one free design with no credit card required. This lets you see our work before committing.

First-month money-back: If you're not happy within your first 30 days of a paid plan, we'll refund your money. One request, no interrogation.

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No lock-in contracts.

Refunds on delivered designs: Once designs are delivered, they're not refundable individually. The 30-day money-back guarantee covers your overall satisfaction with the service.

Your stuff and our stuff.

What belongs to you:

• Your product photos, your brand, your business information
• The final delivered posters, for your commercial use in your business

What belongs to us:

• The 10 designer characters, their names, their illustration style
• Our methodology, prompts, and process
• The Rekakita Studio brand, logo, and website

We may use delivered posters in our portfolio and marketing. We'll anonymize client identity unless you explicitly permit us to credit you. If you want your work excluded from our portfolio, tell us in writing.

You promise you have the right to use what you send us. If you send us a product that isn't yours, or photography you don't have rights to, the responsibility is on you, not us.

What we don't do.

To be upfront:

• We don't offer unlimited revisions. Each design is 2 variants, final.
• We don't design outside of posters right now. No logos, no websites, no packaging, no video.
• We don't guarantee sales results. We make good posters. Whether they sell products depends on your business.
• We don't design content that promotes illegal products, hate speech, misleading medical claims, or anything that could get you or us into trouble with Malaysian law.

If something goes wrong.

If we fail to deliver on time: Tell us. We'll make it right — either extend your billing period, deliver extra designs, or refund a prorated amount. Your call.

If a design doesn't work: That's what the 2-variant format is for. If neither variant works, use your next slot. If an entire month's deliveries miss the mark consistently, reach out — we'll figure out whether it's a fit issue.

If we need to suspend your account: We reserve the right to pause service if a client consistently violates these terms, abuses our team, or sends content we cannot in good conscience design around. We'll tell you why, give you a chance to respond, and refund any unused portion of your month.

Limitations.

We care about quality, but life happens. Some honest disclaimers:

• We are not liable for your business outcomes. Design is one input; your product, pricing, and marketing are others.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our service.
• Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify active clients by email or WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.

Malaysian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled in Malaysian courts. We're a small studio — we'd rather solve problems over WhatsApp than in court.
